D\u00e4schlein-Gessner<\/strong> (<em>Ruhr University Bochum<\/em>) is a leading researcher in organometallic chemistry and catalysis. After completing her PhD at TU Dortmund and postdoctoral work in Berkeley and W\u00fcrzburg, she has been at Ruhr University Bochum since 2016, where she also serves as Dean of Faculty and Co-Spokesperson of the RESOLV Cluster of Excellence.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">She has received prestigious honors, including the <em>IUPAC Award for Young Chemists <\/em>(2010), the <em>Klung-Wilhelmy Award<\/em> (2022), and E<em>RC Starting and Consolidator Grants<\/em>.
